An opportunity is available for a role focused on coordinating electrical maintenance activities within an industrial environment. This position involves supporting critical projects and contributing to ongoing operations and development.ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is responsible for ensuring that electrical, instrumentation, and automation work is carried out safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The goal is to maintain high reliability of equipment while controlling costs and complying with health and safety standards. The position collaborates with multiple teams to execute maintenance plans, improve equipment performance, and support the selection of new systems.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities and planned shutdowns
- Improve system reliability and manage spare parts planning
- Schedule and oversee corrective maintenance to reduce downtime
- Assist with budgeting and cost monitoring
- Supervise internal staff and external contractors
- Support training and development of team members
- Identify and apply new technologies to improve performance
- Promote and maintain safety and environmental standards
- Relevant education or trade certification in an electrical or technical field preferred
- Several years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices
- Experience with maintenance systems, technical software, and troubleshooting
- Ability to work with minimal travel requirements
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Compliance with safety procedures and use of protective equipment as required
- Estimated salary range: $115,000 - $130,000 annually
