- Supervise a team of salaried personnel
- Ensure work is distributed to the team based on knowledge and capabilities
- Coordinate daily orders with Distribution, Traffic and 3rd Party warehouses
- Billing of domestic and Export Orders in SAP
- Analyzing and interpreting government regulations, policies, and procedures
- Verifying all information on documents for accuracy
- Oral and written communication with transportation personnel
- Monitor and complete paperwork for 5 countries associated with international distribution in a timely manner with adherence to government regulations
- Complete 1454, 5733, 4159 and 9540-1 documents for CFIA Veterinarian approval and signing
- Producing BOL, manifest and packing lists and package driver paperwork for outbound shipments.
- Preparing customs documents for border clearance
- Responding to customer requirements and customer specific requests a
- Liaison with CFIA / USDA / Customer Service / Cold Storages, etc.
- Maintain daily spreadsheets
- Maintain daily and monthly metrics
- Other Project work as assigned by Management
- High School Diploma or better
- 3-4 Years Experience in export documentation
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
- SAP Experience would be an asset
- Order Processing/Logistics Experience an asset
- Strong problem Solving, prioritization and organizational skills
- Ability to make independent decisions and work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
- Ability to Multi-task and manage changing priorities
