- One year of post-secondary completed social services, social work, social sciences, or a related field.
- Support the Accreditation Specialist in maintaining the agency’s databases and drives related to its demonstration of the accreditation standards. In consultation with the Accreditation Specialist, this includes but is not limited to:
- Support the Accreditation Specialist in preparing meeting materials and agendas. Record meeting minutes and document decisions made.
- Assist the Accreditation Specialist in preparing for accreditation audits and site visits; this includes but is not limited to:
- Protect and uphold confidentiality.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Excellent attention to detail.

- Effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally with agency staff, third parties and stakeholders.
- Effective organization and time management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, make sound decisions, and be held accountable for results.
- Demonstrated ability to be sensitive and understanding of individuals’ social realities including issues of race, culture, religion, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, poverty, and lifestyle.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, database systems, and web-based conferencing tools.
