- You will help maintain the integrity of the Denny's brand by monitoring and directing the activities for your restaurant and employees to focus on the quality of the Kitchen operations and sanitation
- You will bring awareness of food cost budget to your restaurant and employees' focus on the profitability of the Kitchen operations
- You will assist with ordering, scheduling, interviewing, and hiring for your restaurant
- You will assist in the organization of storage areas, order guides, Prep and Pull sheets and Temperature charts
- You will ensure that all the kitchen shifts are properly staffed
- You will help Denny's achieve our mission by adhering to Denny's Brand Standards and internal policies and procedures
- You will demonstrate a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and Denny's Core Values when interacting with others
- You will perform other duties as required or assigned
- You have received a high school diploma or equivalent and you have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Kitchen supervisor
- You have the agility to interpret and analyse financial statements
- You are an effective communicator in English, both orally and in writing
- You are a team player, collaborative and attentive
- You are self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask effectively
- You must be able to legally work in Canada (as a citizen, resident or holding other current and valid work permit)
