I am looking for someone to take care of my son (17 months old) while I work remotely in the home. He is friendly and a good (non-verbal) communicator, and he enjoys repitition in his daily play. The ideal candidate will be someone who can build a rapport with him. The position is for 2 days per week, 6-8 hours per day. Exact days & hours are negotiable. I envision having someone from 9/10am until 5/6pm on non-consecutive days of the week; however I'm willing to shift that time slightly earlier or later for someone whose personality is a good fit with our household. The ideal candidate would also be willing to take on a few household chores, especially during my son's nap times. Another note: I speak English with my son, by my husband speaks French with him, and he understands both. We have no preference between an English speaker or a French speaker taking care of him. I would also ask that we start with a two-week trial period.
