- Develop and deliver comprehensive project governance manuals across all lifecycle phases, including Preliminary Planning and Design, Detailed Engineering, Execution, and Commissioning and Closeout.
- Ensure manuals incorporate project controls, decision gates, quality assurance, risk management, safety, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement requirements.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and stakeholder engagement to gather inputs, document requirements, manage revisions, and coordinate formal reviews and approvals.
- Prepare training materials, templates, and final handover packages to support implementation, adoption, and ongoing governance consistency.
- Demonstrated experience developing governance documents or manuals for nuclear or highly regulated project environments.
- Deep knowledge of nuclear regulatory frameworks and industry best practices, including standards from Canadian Standards Association, Institute of Nuclear Power Operations, International Atomic Energy Agency, and Construction Industry Institute.
- Strong technical writing, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, including leading workshops, interviews, and review sessions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, safety, finance, operations, regulatory) in complex, regulated environments.
- Familiarity with document management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft SharePoint and Teams, with strong organizational and communication skills.
