In this role, you will:
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including analysis, variance investigation, and preparation of working papers
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles by building financial models, tracking performance, and providing actionable insights
  • Provide financial oversight on large, multi-year capital projects, including cost tracking, forecasting, and risk analysis
  • Monitor and analyze project performance, identifying trends and recommending improvements
  • Oversee inventory processes, including valuation, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Evaluate revenue-generating opportunities and support strategic decision-making
  • Prepare financial analysis related to operations, contracts, and new business initiatives
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support financial clarity and alignment
What You Bring
  • CPA designation (required)
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial analysis, or financial management
  • Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
  • Exposure to capital projects, inventory, or project-based environments is an asset
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and strong Excel skills; Power BI experience is an asset
