- You will lead Fidelity Canada’s organic social media measurement and analytics program.
- You will continuously create, monitor, and analyze, various data sets to discover new insights and track progress towards KPIs and annual business goals.
- You will support administrative efforts across the social media program, maintaining/updating policy documents, adjusting social listening techniques, and developing presentation materials that support strategic decision-making.
- You will collaborate and develop strong relationships with colleagues across teams, departments, and external partners to support strategic priorities (e.g. Advanced Analytics, Marketing, Finance).
- You will support the implementation of your data-led insights, working with social media community managers to enact change.
- University degree, preferably in Data Analytics, Communications, Marketing, Business, related field, or equivalent working experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience analyzing organic social performance across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Proven ability to build dashboards and reporting frameworks using tools like Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Power BI, or native analytics suites.
- Experience developing measurable KPIs for social programs and tying them back to broader business goals.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and compelling insights for non-technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating closely with editorial, content, data analytics, marketing, and finance teams to inform strategy through data.
- Experience working in the Investment industry is a nice to have.
- A data-first mindset paired with the curiosity to look beyond the numbers to uncover patterns, opportunities, and stories.
- Strong communication skills—capable of distilling analytics into language that inspires decision making across teams.
- Expert attention to detail, with immaculate accuracy in reporting and a disciplined approach to methodology.
- Comfort working autonomously while confidently presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- A collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve, and creativity meets analytics.
- Passion for social media trends, platform shifts, user behavior, and the ever‑changing dynamics of digital engagement.
- Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: A competitive annual range of $94,000 to $123,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
