- Lead and supervise a team of 12-14 adjusters across multiline claims (property, casualty, liability, specialty, etc.)
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance oversight to ensure team success
- Manage all operational aspects of claims handling - 100% focus on team leadership, not file adjusting
- Oversee technical accuracy, data input quality, and ensure proper billing practices
- Monitor and manage team KPIs and performance targets, including diary compliance and productivity
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify process improvements
- Provide technical support and build team credibility with clients and partners
- Support reporting, analysis, and operational metrics to drive decision-making
- Minimum 10 years of experience in claims adjusting (multiline preferred: auto, property, casualty)
- At least 2 years of leadership or team management experience in a claims environment
- Strong technical background with demonstrated credibility in claims practices
- Proven ability to coach and develop a high-performing team
- Must have CIP and be licensed to adjust claims in multiple provinces
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Flexible and adaptable leadership style, capable of managing remote or hybrid teams
