- Lead the execution of strategic operational plans in alignment with company objectives.
- Translate business strategy into scalable operational systems, workflows, and team structures.
- Manage day-to-day functions such as customer service, technical support, service delivery, and professional services.
- Implement process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma) to enhance customer satisfaction, efficiency, and margin performance.
- Own and deliver on key operational metrics: revenue retention, margin expansion, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.
- Partner with finance to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and ROI-focused initiatives.
- Drive EBITDA growth through operational cost savings, pricing discipline, and resource efficiency.
- Develop and deploy KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems for operational visibility and accountability.
- Lead change management efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare the company for next-stage growth through readiness projects and process transformation.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director and Valsoft’s central operating team to align on long-term strategy and execution.
- Support integration of newly acquired assets (if applicable), ensuring smooth operational alignment.
- Manage and develop cross-functional teams across operations, support, and service delivery.
- Cultivate a culture of ownership, high performance, and continuous learning.
- Provide mentorship and direction to operational leaders and teams.
- 5–10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in B2B software or SaaS environments.
- Experience working in a Private Equity-backed business or fast-paced growth company preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline
- Strong experience leading cross-functional teams (support, customer success, delivery, professional services).
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational KPIs and financial performance.
- Data-driven decision-making with comfort in financial analysis, margin improvement, and forecasting.
- Systems thinker with the ability to simplify complex operations into clear, repeatable processes.
- Comfortable building infrastructure from the ground up or scaling existing teams and systems.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution.
- Proficiency with operational tools (ERP, CRM, dashboards) and process optimization frameworks.
- Have a “roll-up-your-sleeves” approach and bias for action.
