You will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of the master data for Canada in accordance with the company/Sales region’s guidelines and communication protocols.   • Ensuring that Master Data is maintained efficiently and accurately in all systems within scope of responsibility.
  • Managing platform accesses modifications, maintenance and revalidations.
  • Operating Master Data lifecycle: Master Data creation, update and archive/deletion processes by following the standards and quality requirements of the domain.
  • Documenting, reviewing and updating all work procedures pertaining to all aspects of system maintenance.
  • Creating and maintaining List prices & Transfer Prices as required.
  • Other tasks as required by Sales Support manager(s).
Your background
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in work with Office 365 and Excel.
  • Fluent in French and English both written and verbal is a must.
  • Ability to work under pressure, as well as to prioritize tasks and multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work in a team oriented group and with multiple teams.
  • Details oriented, dynamic and organized.
