- Provide technical support over phone, email, and chat.
- Identify the source of technical issues by asking questions and troubleshooting with users.
- Apply troubleshooting steps using the correct knowledge articles.
- Open tickets for each issue to document and trace steps taken with users.
- Resolve and close incidents or route them to the appropriate level of support.
- Strong proficiency in English.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Local residency to access the office in Markham if needed.
