This position will be used to fill a variety of shifts in up to 4 separate homes during the scheduled hours of work.The successful applicant will be assigned locations of work based on the support needs of the individuals as identified by the Team Leader/Scheduling Coordinator; shift assignments will be subject to change depending on the need. This CSW must have the ability to work in all homes with all individuals. This position, working closely with a team of Community Support Workers, will require a flexible person who is a positive, motivated and outgoing individual.The successful applicant will have a demonstrated history of supporting individuals with all levels of support, good computer skills and excellent communication skills including English language skills both written and verbal.As a team member, the CSW strives to communicate in a considerate, thoughtful and attentive manner with their co-workers and the individuals we support. A CSW will represent the Association courteously and professionally in all interactions they have with guardians, other agencies and the community at large.Monday to Friday: 7am to 3pm 40 awake / zero sleep hrs per week.
