- Manage project-based accounting, including job costing, project billing, and variance analysis
- Maintain financial records and reconcile project accounts in QuickBooks Online
- Collaborate with project managers to review budgets, track costs, and monitor profitability
- Prepare monthly reports on project performance and support audit processes
- Process accounts payable/receivable related to project activity
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- 5+ years of Accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required)
- Demonstrated experience with project billing and job costing
- Working knowledge of the accounting cycle, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with project teams and management
