Salary: $22.00-$23.00/hourThis posting is for an existing vacancy.Our client in Peel Region, ON is actively looking for a Credit Collection Specialist to join their team.Job Responsibilities:
  • B2B Collection outbound calls
  • Reconciliations
  • Email communication with customers
  • Resolve any invoice discrepancies or disputes by liaising with both customers and sales
  • Make recommendations on holding/releasing of customer orders
Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 3 + years of credit and collections experience using a portal
  • Intermediate level excel skills
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
