We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer (Discord & Creator Tools) to join a fast-growing company in the digital talent management and content industry.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Take ownership of a mission-critical Discord-based clipping platform, including bot development and workflow automation
  • Build and iterate on internal and client-facing tools and dashboards
  • Strengthen system performance, including bot detection and overall platform stability
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to turn ideas into shipped product quickly
  • Ensure scalable backend architecture as the platform continues to grow
  • Contribute to the development of new internal tools and automation systems
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • Strong full-stack development experience (Node.js, SQL/Postgres or MySQL, React)
  • Experience building or working with Discord bots and APIs
  • Experience with Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting is a strong asset
  • Proven ability to own projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Strong backend fundamentals with a focus on scalability and performance
  • Comfort using modern AI tools (e.g., Claude or similar LLMs) in your workflow
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building
