- Project Planning & Execution
- Lead projects from initiation through close-out, including scope definition, scheduling, resourcing, cost tracking, and risk management.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Communicate project status, risks, changes, and milestones clearly and proactively.
- Manage customer expectations while maintaining Source Atlantic’s standards for quality, safety, and profitability.
- Escalate issues appropriately and drive timely resolution.
- Financial & Scope Management
- Track and manage project budgets, forecasts, and actuals.
- Identify and manage scope changes, including documenting change requests and coordinating approvals.
- Risk, Quality & Safety
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all work complies with Source Atlantic safety policies, customer site requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain focus on quality assurance and proper documentation.
- Lead or participate in post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.
- Tools, Process & Continuous Improvement
- Use and maintain project management tools (e.g., schedules, trackers, ERP/CRM systems).
- Follow and contribute to standardized project management processes, SOPs, and templates.
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, communication, and efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Solutions team.
- Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience is required
- Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, or a related field, and/or an equivalent relevant experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation would be preferred
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is an asset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an asset
- Experience with CribMaster software is an asset
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide teams
- Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed objectives
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Flexible and able to travel as required to support business needs
