This position offers the right candidate not just a job, but also a comfortable living space within our household. Your role will be integral to keeping our home clean, orderly, and inviting. Your duties will span a myriad of household tasks, all crucial to the smooth running of the home. You will be tasked with the cleaning of all rooms in the home as well as our immediate external spaces. The kitchen will need special attention with dishwashing, cleaning inside and outside the fridge, cupboards, oven, dishwasher, and pantry, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and order of counters and floors. Laundry duty will also fall under your purview; this includes washing, drying and folding clothing and household items. You will also need to demonstrate a flair for meal preparation as you could be asked to not just prepare meals but also serve them during special events. Your responsibilities will extend to running household errands and grocery shopping. Our home is also populated with various green spaces including a garden and indoor plants which will require your attention and care. Yet another routine task in your portfolio will involve making beds and changing linen. Please note that this role does require substantial work-hours, often exceeding 50 hours a week. Your work schedule will span the whole day from Monday to Friday, and mornings on weekends. Additionally, a car will be provided to facilitate any work-related travel or errands. Although a driver's license is not a requirement, it would be advantageous. The ideal candidate for this role will be organized, detail-oriented, and derive true satisfaction from keeping a home in pristine condition.
