You’ll work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, support solution development, and ensure initiatives—especially those involving AI—deliver real business value.Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Partner with engineering and product teams to support solution design and delivery
- Create structured documentation such as requirements documents, process flows, and specifications
- Support AI-related initiatives (e.g., chatbots, workflow automation, intelligent systems)
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams
- Identify opportunities to improve or redesign business processes
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in technology environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive interaction
- Experience supporting product development or working closely with product teams
- Familiarity with AI-driven solutions is a plus
- Highly organized with strong documentation capabilities
