Schedule: 8:00am - 3:30pm
Location: Windsor (not on bus route)Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, etc.
- Conduct minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps in walls, etc.
- Install appliances and equipment
- Maintain garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash, etc.
- Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. )
- Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)
- Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issuesRequirements and Skills:- Must be mechanically inclined
- Experience using hand tools
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
