This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities. Responsibilities:When your actions lead to success:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Respond to breakdowns and minimize downtime
Perform preventive & predictive maintenance
Rebuild and optimize equipment to improve performance and safety
Install, relocate, and commission machinery
Fabricate and machine parts when needed
Support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, safety, efficiency)
Repair and replace motors, relays, contactors, and control components
Wire panels and install power supply lines (CEC compliant)
Run conduit, terminate wiring, and test systems
Qualifications:When your expertise drives us:
3–5+ years as a Millwright / Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Solid understanding of industrial equipment and systems
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Red Seal Millwright certification
Welding (arc/gas)
Machining experience (lathe, milling)
Working at Heights certification
