- Define, plan, and drive execution of new product features and enhancements delivered through the platform.
- Own feature scope, sequencing, and acceptance criteria, ensuring delivery teams are aligned on what is being built and why.
- Create, curate, and maintain a prioritized product backlog to support efficient execution and value-focused tradeoffs.
- Partner closely with platform managers, engineering, design, and operations to drive features from concept through delivery.
- Actively manage execution risks, clarify requirements, and make real-time decisions to keep delivery on track.
- Lead release-level planning for new capabilities, aligning stakeholders on scope, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Define success metrics upfront and evaluate post-launch performance to guide iteration and future enhancements.
- Support launch execution, internal enablement, and adoption of new capabilities.
- Minimum 5+ years in product management or adjacent roles with responsibility for defining, prioritizing, and delivering digital product capabilities in cross-functional environments.
- Experience supporting or operating shared platforms used by multiple internal and external stakeholders in a SaaS or technology-enabled environment.
- Backlog ownership and roadmap management experience.
- Strong partnership experience with engineering and technical teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders around priorities, tradeoffs, and delivery plans.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Product management, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus but not required.
- Experience delivering features on shared platforms.
- Data-informed decision-making and outcome tracking experience.
