
Analyst, Store Planning & Labor Optimization

- Update RFID and Labour reports;
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;
- Develop RFID and Labour reports to highlight potential challenges and action points;
- Collaborate with the IT & AI team to automate reporting processes;
- Ensure timely follow-ups on action plans.
- Prepare training materials for store leadership;
- Conduct training sessions for RDs, DMs, and SMs;
- Ensure the proper implementation and understanding of new processes in the field.
- Visit stores to understand daily processes and implement best practices;
- Spend time with SMs and store teams to identify potential opportunities regarding labour optimization;
- Assess and strengthen the connection between RFID processes, store operations, and labour management.
- College or university degree preferred;
- 5 to 8 years of experience in retail management;
- Experience as a store manager in a retail store;
- Experience in working with RFID in-store, specifically for inventory management;
- Experience in organizing and preparing store schedules;
- Ability to work with numbers and formulas;
- Store experience preferred;
- RFID experience with gStore preferred;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Highly organized and efficient;
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and their Google equivalent;
- Sense of urgency and excellent stress management skills;
- Ability to quickly adapt to situations and people;
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required for daily communication with employees and partners, both within and outside of Quebec.
