We have one child right now, we're both at home parents (wife is on maternity leave for our second baby). We have Therapy on either Tuesday or Wednesday at home, we just need someone to care for our daughter on those days and hang out with her in her bedroom. It won't be for many hours, but we also won't expect much. She has a set sleeping schedule and diet, she has a lot of stranger anxiety so it might start with her being on edge but that's why we want to hire someone being a consistent caretaker for her on those days so she can grow used to them. She has lots of energy, she will try to climb everything and anything, and she will throw tantrums about being laid down.
