- RIBO Licensed (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario)
- 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry or personal lines
- Proven sales ability with a passion for helping clients protect what matters most
- Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
- Confident, proactive, and able to manage priorities independently
