Thanks to your organizational skills and communication abilities, you will be essential in understanding and anticipating the needs of our B2B customers. This position will not only allow you to contribute to customer satisfaction, but also to support sales growth and increase Soucy's visibility. It's a strategic opportunity that makes you a key player in our collective success!In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Provide and send customers quotes and all the information they need to follow up on their projects
  • Manage various refills made to customers
  • Support and collaborate with the sales team, particularly with the Business Development Manager
  • Assist and support the product development team in following up on projects with customers
  • Follow up on and manage customer orders and complaints
  • Ensure that our manufacturing system is updated with new price lists
  • Perform all other related tasks
