- Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including NGOs, community organizations, and program beneficiaries.
- Program Design and Execution: Develop and implement community engagement initiatives that align with Vosyn's social impact goals and the UN SDGs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of community programs with corporate goals and ESG strategies.
- Event Coordination: Plan and oversee community events, workshops, and other outreach activities to foster stakeholder engagement and support program objectives.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for community partners, ensuring clear and effective communication of Vosyn's initiatives and goals.
- Feedback Integration: Collect and analyze stakeholder feedback to continuously improve program design and execution.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track the impact of community engagement efforts, prepare detailed reports, and share insights with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advocacy: Advocate for Vosyn's mission, vision, and values while promoting inclusivity and equitable practices in all engagements.
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master's program in Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or a related field. Master's program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
- Experience in community engagement, stakeholder management, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of ESG principles, the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and social impact frameworks.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and partnership-building skills.
- Strong project management, organizational, and data analysis abilities, with proficiency in impact reporting tools.
- Passionate about inclusivity, community-building, and fostering positive social change.
- Able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Written Questionnaire: Selected candidates will receive a set of 10 written questions to assess their fit and technical knowledge..
- Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format to further evaluate their skills and cultural fit. The ability to video record your answers will be required.
- Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
- Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you believe that this internship is for you.
