Team Qualifications (Requirements):
  • Dedication to customer service.
  • Ability to work with others from diverse backgrounds.
  • Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime.
  • Valid and current driver's licence.
  • A vehicle to get to and from work (we are not on a transit line).
  • Ability to lift 75lbs. regularly.
Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
  • Demonstrate skill and proficiency in water mitigation, tarping, board up, mould remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, carpet cleaning/reinstallation services and structural and contents cleaning techniques.
  • Self-managing and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks along with all company equipment.
