We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Millwright to join a high-performing maintenance team within a fast-paced, precision-driven manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical systems, and ensuring optimal equipment performance.This role requires a mechanically inclined individual with a strong background in industrial maintenance and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.Our client is a well-established and reputable manufacturer of heat exchangers located in Burlington.   • Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on a wide range of manufacturing equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, including pumps, pneumatics, drive shafts, gearboxes, and other rotating machinery.
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and health regulations.
  • Support coverage for vacation on various shifts
Qualifications:
  • Proven 5+years experience as a Millwright or Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in pneumatic systems, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating components.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
