- Create, upload, and maintain accurate product listings across eCommerce platforms, including titles, descriptions, pricing, and images
- Support product photography and ensure listings meet brand and quality standards
- Assist with maintaining online inventory accuracy, availability, and product categorization
- Support order processing, fulfillment coordination, and customer inquiries related to online purchases
- Assist with updates to promotions, pricing changes, and featured collections
- Collaborate with retail, warehouse, and marketing teams to support prioritization of high-value and seasonal products
- Help maintain consistency between in-store inventory and online listings
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service on the sales floor
- Support visual merchandising, restocking, POS transactions, and daily store operations
- Assist with basic reporting, troubleshooting listing issues, and resolving discrepancies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort with eCommerce platforms, POS systems, and digital tools
- Effective time management and ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative, adaptable approach
