The group partners closely with Sales and Relationship Managers to deliver responsive, high-quality service that strengthens client relationships and supports long-term asset retention. Team members work collaboratively across functions, delivering service excellence with efficiency in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.HOW YOU WILL ADD VALUECore Responsibilities
You will deliver consistent, high-quality service to institutional clients.
You will respond to client inquiries and service requests promptly.
You will resolve issues by partnering with internal teams.
You will maintain strong, ongoing client relationships.
You will support asset retention through effective servicing.
Operational & Coordination Responsibilities
You will manage client deliverables and presentation materials.
You will ensure timelines and deadlines are consistently met.
You will coordinate requests for proposals (RFPs) and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs).
You will ensure responses are accurate and submitted on time.
You will address account-related issues through cross-functional coordination.
Strategic & Compliance Support
You will partner with Sales and Relationship Managers to support business goals.
You will maintain accurate client records in customer relationship management systems.
You will support compliance reviews and regulatory requirements.
You will contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLEExperience, Education & Certifications
University degree or equivalent relevant financial services industry experience.
5 years’ experience in the fund manager, bank, or securities industry essential; prior knowledge of investment management processes from a servicing or operational perspective preferred.
Fluency in English – spoken and written, is essential. French fluency is a plus.
Canadian Securities Course preferred.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

A sales/ marketing mindset with the ability to identify client needs and position solutions that address those needs.
Strong multi-tasker who can respond rapidly and effectively to requests, with adherence to established time frames and schedules; ability to organize and prioritize workflow to meet internal and external deadlines.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
