Branch ManagerOur client is searching for a Branch Manager to join their team. As the Branch Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and showroom, ensuring customers receive a warm, knowledgeable, and welcoming experience. You’ll manage inventory, support sales/service, and lead a small team.Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and training sessions as needed.
  • Oversee daily operations of the warehouse and showroom
  • Foster collaboration and agility within a small team
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to contractors, designers, and homeowners
  • Maintain accurate inventory of products and parts
  • Coordinate shipments, orders, and deliveries
  • Provide design support and product guidance with a keen eye for interior trends
Your strengths include:
  • Industry experience is an asset with interior fixtures / plumbing.
  • The ability to multi-task and adapt
  • Familiar with basic accounting, ideally QuickBooks
  • Excellent verbal and written communicationskills
  • A natural interest in interior designand product aesthetics
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable
  • Able to create a positive and approachable team atmosphere
