Our client in Newmarket is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team.What our client offers:

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
(On-site, 5 days per week)Key responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate quotes
Advise customers on product options and best solutions
Schedule and coordinate deliveries
Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Handle billing inquiries and prepare reports
Track and monitor ordersQualifications:
Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
1-2 years of customer service experience
Experience supporting customers in an industrial, manufacturing, or tools-related environment (asset)
Strong attention to detail
