These may include mental health issues, substance use, social exclusion, and involvement with the justice system.This is an opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven initiative that directly contributes to individual transformation and community well-being.The Difference You'll MakeAs a key member of our clinical team, you will provide in-person counselling services within a probation and parole office, supporting clients referred by the Ministry. Through your compassion and clinical expertise, you will help individuals build resilience, achieve their goals, and successfully reintegrate into society.Your work will have a lasting impact—enhancing public safety, reducing recidivism, and fostering healthier, more inclusive communities.What You'll DoClinical ResponsibilitiesEngage with clients within required timelines based on their assigned risk level and referral protocol.Collaborate with clients and referral agents to clarify counselling goals and expectations.Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Deliver short- to medium-term counselling to support goal attainment and client well-being.Provide ongoing clinical support in-person, virtually, or by phone (as appropriate and based on training).Act as a case manager—coordinating care, making referrals, and advocating on behalf of clients.Maintain open communication with referral agents and secure client consent as needed.Track client progress, satisfaction, and service outcomes.Administrative ResponsibilitiesConsult regularly with the Clinical Director/Supervisor and peers.Respond to inquiries from referral agents and clients, and keep stakeholders informed of case developments.Follow standardized case booking and confidentiality protocols.Ensure timely documentation and case closure.Meet or exceed service delivery expectations for billable hours and case management.Represent and promote TELUS Health’s values and services both internally and externally.Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and clinical standards.What You BringMaster’s degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or related field.Registration in good standing with:Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), or College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).Minimum two (2) years of post-graduate clinical experience.
