This strategic role bridges cutting-edge technology development and business requirements, delivering innovative solutions.What will you do?Lead end-to-end requirements discovery, analysis, and documentation for projects; facilitate collaborative sessions with diverse business stakeholders using proven elicitation techniques to drive discovery and requirements refinementTranslate complex technical concepts and business needs into clear, actionable specifications and user storiesDevelop comprehensive requirement artifacts including: Use Cases and User Stories, Data Flow Diagrams and Integration Architecture, Non-Functional Requirements (performance, security, scalability, compliance), Requirements Traceability Matrices, Business Process Mapping, Story Decomposition, Story Mapping, and Requirements TraceabilityLeverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate requirements generation, while validating and refining outputs for accuracy and completenessCoordinate dependencies and alignment across business lines, architecture teams, and support functionsGenerate draft requirements artifacts using AI tools, then validate, refine, and enhance for enterprise readinessCreate effective AI prompts for requirements generation, test case creation, and documentation summarizationLead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy and execution for API initiatives; collaborate with QE teams to develop comprehensive test scenarios aligned with requirementsWhat do you need to succeed?Must-have:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field 5+ years of progressive business analysis experience,3+ years pf experience in a technical role including knowledge of APIUnderstanding of agentic AI concepts, autonomy levels, and decision-making workflows, Basic knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI capabilities/limitations, Prompt engineering skills for effective AI-assisted requirement generationKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesUnderstanding of testing practices (UAT, integration testing, performance testing)Proficiency with diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro/Mural)Skilled in creating business process maps, swimlane diagrams, and data flow diagramsNice-to-have:Background in data science, machine learning, or software engineering2+ years of experience in financial services or regulated environments (preferably banking)CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or Agile certificationMBA or advanced degree in a relevant fieldWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
