Restaurant, Bar & Guest Services teams will be working in newly renovated spaces, with updated layouts, technology, and guest flow.This role is best suited for individuals who are comfortable with change, open to learning new service standards, and energized by being part of a luxury environment that is actively evolving.Job DescriptionWe invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, as our new Busperson, you will take pride in the integral role you play in supporting your Food & Beverage Colleagues and “setting the stage” for a truly memorable meal.What you will be doing:Reporting to the Outlet General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Assist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience
Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet
Correctly deliver and present food items to guests
Bus and re-set tables
Perform opening, cleaning and closing duties
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

QualificationsYour experience and skills include:

Previous customer service experience required
Pro Serve certificate required
