About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven Inside Sales Representative for our team with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment with responsibilities that includes selling TD SYNNEX products and/or services via telephone, by generating prospective customers through cold calling. You will qualify and follow up on sales leads, as well as walk new customers through reseller application process.What You'll DoService, grow, and develop a group of accountsAchieve all measurable daily performance standards (calls, orders, sell time, quota)Minimum achievement with assigned revenue, gross profit dollar and gross profit percentage quota to goalProvide pricing and product availability to customers as requiredPosition products and service programs suited to customer’s business needsMaintain current customer profiles and information as requestedReturns Authorizations - process request to customer service when applicableOutbound calls, prospect/qualify customersHandle incoming calls for the call centreProvide ETA and shipping information as requestedProcess orders correctly, accurately and back-order account maintenance/combinationProvide help in developing accounts with outside associate or Business Development RepProvide excellent follow-up and customer service towards all customer requestsAttend all scheduled TD SYNNEX training initiatives and reseller/Industry eventsWhat We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma required; university or post- secondary school an asset coupled with six (6) months inside sales experience or two years industry related experienceStrong desire to learn and ready to show initiativeInnovative and self-motivatedExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal), organizational skills, attention to detailPC literate – MS Word and ExcelGood interdepartmental relationshipsExtended hours / attendance at conferences on weekends required occasionallyCore Competencies for this role include communication skills, detail oriented, interpersonal skills and sales acumenAnnual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.Hiring Salary Range $ 43,000 -$55,000 CAD#LI-HYBRIDKey SkillsAt TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
