--What will your typical day look like?As a Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading them through their most complex transformation programs and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in operating model design, maturity assessment, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, contract management and supplier management.
Additionally, you will be involved in business development activities, including development of proposals.In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Design and enhance sourcing and procurement operating models through tailored assessments and improvement plans.
  • Advising clients on sourcing strategies and supplier management using industry best practices.
  • Facilitating stakeholder collaboration and alignment for successful supply chain initiatives.
  • Identifying process improvements and share market insights to drive continuous value.

There are endless options for internal projects that individuals might be passionate about leading or joining: market research, proposals, recruiting, innovation labs, strategy development, AI joint-ventures, and career coaching/mentorship just to name a few.We are seeking an experienced Manager specializing in Supply Chain Sourcing and Procurement to join our consulting team.Enough about us, let’s talk about youYou are someone who:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management , Operations, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s preferred)
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, and supply chain operations, with a strong emphasis on operating model design, maturity assessments, and strategic sourcing
  • Demonstrated consulting experience delivering end-to-end projects, ideally with a major consultancy firm
  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex supply chain transformation initiatives across various sectors within Government & Public Services (e.g., federal, provincial, healthcare).
  • Deep understanding of Government & Public Services trends and their implications for operating models and organizational design.
  • Experience advising on sourcing strategies, supplier management frameworks, and procurement best practices in a public sector environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with a track record of driving process improvement and value delivery.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Familiarity with procurement technology platforms and tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle) is a plus
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, PMP) are a plus
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $90,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
