Additionally, you will be involved in business development activities, including development of proposals.In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Design and enhance sourcing and procurement operating models through tailored assessments and improvement plans.
- Advising clients on sourcing strategies and supplier management using industry best practices.
- Facilitating stakeholder collaboration and alignment for successful supply chain initiatives.
- Identifying process improvements and share market insights to drive continuous value.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management , Operations, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, and supply chain operations, with a strong emphasis on operating model design, maturity assessments, and strategic sourcing
- Demonstrated consulting experience delivering end-to-end projects, ideally with a major consultancy firm
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex supply chain transformation initiatives across various sectors within Government & Public Services (e.g., federal, provincial, healthcare).
- Deep understanding of Government & Public Services trends and their implications for operating models and organizational design.
- Experience advising on sourcing strategies, supplier management frameworks, and procurement best practices in a public sector environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with a track record of driving process improvement and value delivery.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients at all levels.
- Familiarity with procurement technology platforms and tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle) is a plus
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, PMP) are a plus
