- Engage directly with potential customers at a dedicated in-store kiosk, initiating meaningful conversations about their energy needs.
- Understand each customer's unique needs and recommend tailored energy solutions to meet them effectively.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of our client's energy plans and services, ensuring customers feel informed, supported, and confident in their decision.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process, successfully closing sales while maintaining a focus on delivering value and building long-term trust.
- Stay up to date on current promotions, rate changes, industry trends, and regulatory updates to ensure the accuracy and relevance of every interaction.
- Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's offerings by being a subject matter expert and passionate ambassador for the brand.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience and foster long-term customer relationships.
- Find creative and engaging ways to attract customer interest and promote our client's offerings.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality while working with customer information.
- $17.50/hr minimum protection guarantee + uncapped commission
- Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities available
- Flexible schedule Monday to Sunday
- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or energy sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Familiarity with energy products and services is an asset but not required.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Competency in using sales tools and managing customer relationships effectively.
