Location: HybridEducation RecommendationsCurrently a candidate for a Master's, Bachelor's degree, or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field with an accredited school in Canada.Responsibilities:As a part of our team, you will:
- Support insight into how customers interact with our software to help inform process improvements.
- Collaborate with Business Operations managers, BG/PG testers, and users to enhance software delivery process requirements and best practices.
- Develop automated reporting tools for software delivery across various systems
- Contribute to a dynamic and interactive team-based environment.
- Strong skills in identifying patterns, drawing insights, and solving problems
- Proficiency in programming (e.g., Java, Python, etc.)
- Experience with Excel and other data management tools at a master's level
- A curiosity-driven mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies and tools
- The ability to present and explain ideas effectively to teammates and stakeholders
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, KNIME, Tableau, R, Alteryx, or similar tools
- Experience accessing databases via APIs
- An interest in or knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLM)
