Apply Now!Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Learning & Development Project Manager to lead medium- to high-complexity Learning & Development projects. The position involves overseeing project planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and delivery within a dynamic financial services environment. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful training initiatives while working with a collaborative team.Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive understanding of overall portfolio and program movements across business lines, aligning projects with long-term strategic priorities
Drive the end-to-end management of L&D projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery
Lead the design, development, and implementation of diverse learning solutions such as instructor-led training, eLearning, webinars, and self-directed pathways
Support vendor selection, onboarding, and management when third-party solutions are involved
Establish and maintain effective stakeholder engagement strategies, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
Maintain regular reporting on project progress to internal teams and business leaders at various levels
Collaborate with L&D Centers of Excellence and business partners to develop delivery strategies, change management plans, and communication efforts
Enforce governance controls, actively manage risks and issues, and implement recommendations based on retrospective reviews
Stay current with emerging trends in project management, including Agile and hybrid methodologies
Share expertise within the project management community to foster continuous professional growth

Desired Skill-Set

5-7 years of project management experience, particularly in learning and development environments
Proven success managing medium to high-complexity projects in the financial, banking, or insurance sectors
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including MS Project and MS Office Suite
Experience designing and delivering L&D programs, leveraging adult learning principles and various instructional methods
Agile and Scrum certification preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and adapt quickly to changing business needs
Demonstrated stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities

Nice to Have

Prior experience in the banking or financial industry or insurance companies
Program management experience in learning and development
Familiarity with LMS and LXP platforms, as well as eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline or similar standards (SCORM, xAPI, HTML5)
Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party solutions
