
Associate Product Manager - Allergan Aesthetics

- Support the Facial Aesthetics portfolio (BOTOX Cosmetic, Juvederm, Skinvive, SkinMedica, and future innovations) and Product Managers with strategic and tactical planning, as well as execution/delivery of plans.
- Own the development of key campaigns, programs, assets and tools designed to drive and differentiate the assigned brand(s) with both customers (B2B) and consumers (DTC) while accurately planning and reporting budgets.
- Establish clear brand KPIs that define what success looks like, and regularly analyze performance and market dynamics/opportunities, communicating findings to cross-functional brand team and to senior management.
- Enhance execution at the field-level through close collaboration with Sales, Training, and Education team members, ensuring understanding and alignment to strategic goals, positioning, messaging and
- tactical plans with field teams.
- Opportunity to take ownership of one or more brand(s) or sub-brand(s) to define strategy for growth within the Canadian market.
- Equivalent to a four-year University education with emphasis in business and/or science. MBA is an asset.
- Bilingualism (French/English) would be an asset.
- A minimum of two (2) years of commercial experience (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Category Management, Business Excellence, etc.) in the pharmaceutical, consumer health, or beauty/cosmetic industry is a strong asset. Experience working in Health Canada regulated industries, within Beauty, Cosmetic, or Medical Aesthetics, is preferred.
- Resourceful self-starter with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, eager to support both long-term strategic thinking and day-to-day execution of the plans.
- Proactive, independent in bringing forward recommendations that 'raise the bar' to drive performance improvement.
- Strong analytical thinker, comfortable in deriving actionable insights from data, and setting and tracking KPIs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders, taking, process, and providing feedback constructively.
- Creative thinking and open-mindedness to finding new or better solutions, with a genuine passion or curiosity about the Aesthetics industry.
- Demonstrated financial acumen; basic understanding of P&L management, forecasting, ROI, and budget management.
- Strong project management skillset, ability to balance multiple priorities against overlapping project timelines.
- Travel: 10%, local Ontario for occasional external Marketing events.
- Experience with Canva and/or other graphic design tools is an asset
