- Leading and motivating a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Actively participating in engaging customers in sales activities as a part of your daily responsibilities.
- Providing ongoing training, coaching and development to Wireless Sales Representatives to improve their skills, product knowledge and customer service abilities.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of Wireless Sales Representatives, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
- Ensuring that the highest level of service is provided to all customers, resolving escalations, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing inventory levels and implementing a strategy to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover.
- Managing product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Adhering to store level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labour costs and financial performance.
- Ad-hoc duties and tasks as required.
