- Maintain a positive employee relations climate, responding to employee-related
- issues promptly, fairly and consistently.
- Oversee spa standards, conduct daily walk-through and initiate maintenance/repairs as needed; enforce safety and maintenance procedures and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- Perform opening and closing duties as needed.

- Duties include overseeing spa operations, coordinating with staff, managing the front desk, aestheticians, and therapists, and collaborating closely with the General Manager.
