Territory Sales Manager – Growth + High-Volume Sales + Flexible Field WorkStrong career growth, a high-activity sales environment, and the opportunity to own and grow your territory while working directly with customers across industries.Drive revenue through outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and relationship management in a fast-paced, consultative sales role.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed targets
  • Manage a mix of outbound prospecting (40%), inbound conversion (30%), and account development
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and site visits
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and convert leads into sales
  • Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and close deals
  • Track activity and performance using Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:Required Education and Experience:
  • High school degree, GED or applicable experience; college degree preferred.
  • 1 year of outbound prospecting experience OR 1 year experience at WSMM
  • Willingness and ability to travel 10%-20% to conduct field visits with important customers (little to no overnight travel).
Required Skills and Abilities:
Experience in high-volume, transactional sales cycle and leasing.
Possess mindset of consultative, solution selling approach
Experience with strategic account management and development.
Demonstrated high level and professional communication (written and verbal).
High degree of comfort presenting at all levels of an organization (from construction site to boardroom).
High level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, Teams, etc.Physical Requirements:Ability to sit, stand, walk, etc., for office environment; ability to be on phones majority of business day.
