I am a private individual seeking an honest, reliable, and experienced housekeeper for my home. The position is part-time for 5-8 hours per week and falls under the context of house and apartment cleaning. Prefer Fridays, but have some flexibility. The position begins immediately. The job responsibilities are standard cleaning tasks such as dusting, cleaning floors, bathrooms, changing linens, laundry, cleaning kitchen cabinets, taking care of plants (both garden and household), and occasional meal preparation. There will also be times when occasional deep cleaning projects would be needed, like emptying kitchen cabinets, cleaning the fridge/freezer, oven, fans, closets, and entryways. The housekeeper will also be expected to clean both the inside of the home and its immediate external areas. Besides, the cleaning tasks extend to the maintenance of kitchen-related items including dishes, the inside and outside of the fridge, cupboards, oven, dishwasher, pantry, counters, and floors. The candidate will need their own car for transportation to our house. We have a dog and cats. Please note that the workweek will be less than 20 hours, so only candidates who are comfortable with this should apply.
