Description :Position PurposeThe AI Instructor is a client-facing role responsible for the delivery of training services and skills development advisory under Info-Tech’s IT Workforce Development Program. They will work with adult learners from the Information Technology industry to help them build AI competencies required to successfully implement and deploy AI tools and solutions in the workplace.Our promise to youYou will work for a rapidly growing company that understands the importance of supporting employees through flexibility, inclusiveness, learning and development, internal career mobility, measurement of the Employee Experience and actioning on employee feedback and building strong relationships.What you will do, includes, but not limited to:
  • Deliver live classroom training, both online and in-person when required.
  • Support in the development of course content, learning materials, case studies and practical hands-on activities.
  • Employ instructional technology and experiential learning approaches to enhance the learning experience and achieve defined learning outcomes.
  • Evaluate learner’s progress using Info-Tech certified assessments and tools.
  • Provide expert advisory and coaching to IT leadership on the subject of AI, related technologies, and applications.
  • Utilize our research Blueprints to assist members through the process of executing projects or process improvements.
  • Deliver product presentations and promotional demos or webinars to enable sales teams.
To be successful, you will need:Education and Experience
  • Post-secondary education in any IT, Engineering, Data Science, or relevant Education related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in combined Data Science or Information Technology practitioner or trainer roles.
  • Practical experience and expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning and related fields.
  • Broad-based understanding of IT best practices and industry standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in education and/or technical training.
  • Experience in writing and developing training materials, including assessments, case studies, and presentations.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching an asset.
  • Experience in project/account management an asset.
