This newly created role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional first impression.Customer Service Agent/Administrative Assistant
Location: Burlington - Full-time, in-office
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $45,000-$55,000 (higher end for industry experience)Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome showroom visitors; provide product overviews (non-pricing)
Gather client details and coordinate with sales representatives
Answer phones, manage messages, and support general inquiries
Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, invoicing, and basic clerical dutiesRequirements:
Intermediate MS Office skills
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Professional presentation and customer-first mindset
Experience in a showroom or similar environment (e.g., high-end furniture, tile, countertops) is highly preferredPerks & Growth:
