Full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple holding companies using QuickBooksReconcile bank transactions, intercompany transfers, and shareholder loansEnsure accurate records for accounting, tax filings, and complianceProvide executive support including calendar/email management and document preparationCoordinate travel, personal logistics, and expense reportingManage real estate tasks such as lease tracking, rent collection, and property expensesLiaise with property managers, tenants, and service providersMaintain records for personal investments, mortgages, and financial reportingCommunicate with banks, brokers, and advisors on behalf of the CEOQualifications
DEC/BAC in Accounting or other relative experience
3 - 5 years of experience in similar role
Experience working with QuickBooks Online or other ERP Systems (an Asset)
Proficient in excel
Bilingual (an Asset)Summary
