They value practical support, clear communication, and treating people like people.Reporting to the Technical Director, the Senior Product Support Engineer is responsible for managing new business opportunities, responding to inbound inquiries, and ensuring customers are matched with the right solution. Acting as a technical liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, this role supports product selection, troubleshooting, and project coordination through to successful delivery.You’ll be a key point of contact for both new and existing customers—providing technical guidance, supporting issue resolution, and maintaining strong relationships through thoughtful follow-up. By pairing technical insight with timely communication, you’ll help convert opportunities, resolve challenges, and build long-term customer trust.Job Details Location: Niagara Region

- Inbound Sales and Customer Response
- Technical Support and Relationship Management
- Internal Coordination and Project Support
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical product support. Sales aptitude and awareness, with exposure to the sales cycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly. Strong listening skills and the ability to engage in technical discussions.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers at all levels.
- High degree of organization, initiative, and adaptability.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
- Must have and maintain a valid passport and be able to travel throughout Canada and the USA.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
